Kluman & Balter has grown considerably over the past 15 years and have firmly established ourselves as one of the UK’s largest bakery ingredients suppliers and wholesalers. We supply a comprehensive range of Bakery supplies and ingredients, to in excess of 1000 customers nationwide.
Founded in 1923 Kluman & Balter has been passed down four generations to the present day. Our diverse customer base ranges from local high street Bakeries, Plant Bakeries, Food service and the Major Multiples. Not to mention a multitude of customers not in the bakery sector such as Sweet manufacturers, Chocolatiers, Ice Cream Manufacturers and Ready Meal Manufacturers to name but a few.

We have appointed suppliers and agents around the world constantly sourcing new products and concepts. We have a buying team dedicated to sourcing bespoke products to match to our customer’s ever evolving needs and requirements.
Furthermore we have a designated NPD team on hand to offer technical product support and provide full product demonstrations in our onsite test bakery, introducing new ideas and helping our customers maximise the potential growth within their own business.
Our Products are stored at our modern warehouses and delivered using our fleet of modern vehicles or with our distribution partners. We are committed to providing the highest service levels in the industry via our proactive sales team and flexible transport department.
